    • The payment is declined by your bank or card provider.

3. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • If a member discontinues before the end of the subscription period, there is no entitlement to a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made solely at the discretion of the Association.

6. Terms of Payment

  • Payment gateway charges, GST, and applicable taxes will be borne by JPNRWCA.

    • Any transaction failure charges levied by participating banks will apply as per banking rules.
